Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Screenbase (“the App”) provided by Pi Cubed, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
Screenbase is a local-first visual reference library for screenshots. It discovers screenshots already stored in Photos, and lets you annotate, organize, search, and (in Pro) stitch them. Photos remains the system of record. Screenbase is not a backup service, photo storage product, or guarantee that an original asset will remain available if you delete it from Photos.
Subscriptions and trials
A free tier provides the core capture loop. Paid Pro plans are offered at $39.99 per year or $4.99 per month as shown in the App or on the App Store, with a 7-day free trial where applicable. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple’s subscription terms unless we specify otherwise in the App.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App: no reverse engineering to bypass security, no interference with other users or our systems, and no use that violates applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost screenshots, missing Photos assets, or other losses arising from your use of or reliance on the App.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty U.S. dollars). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may modify these terms or the App. We will post updated terms on this page and may provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.
